Whenever we look back at any major event that’s happened - 9/11, 2008, afterwards we’ve all had to adjust to a new normal. And post-COVID is no different. We can’t simply pick up the pieces of our trucking business and resume where we left off, we need to adapt our operating procedures to the new requirements.
So what is this new status quo? What does this new normal look like?
Well, none of us have a crystal ball, but we can hazard a good guess.
And so in this final episode of our three part mini series looking at the impact of COVID on the trucking industry, we discuss what the future might look like and what carriers can do to prepare themselves and their drivers for operating safely in this new normal.
